I like the site design. It has a light color scheme with superb navigatinal capabilities using clearly defined text links. The stories are defined very well.

This site has an issue viewer with four active issues. You can select the cover story from front page or select an issue from the left. Issue selection gives you an issue index , including the current issue. They have Community News, Around Town, Religion, Entertainment, Profile.
