I find ICQ to be confusing at first to new users since it has lots of features. I find it to be quite different from a normal instant messenger since you have to hit control enter to send a message, and you are working with numbers instead if screen names like other messengers.

This is one of the best instant messenging systems that I know of. It''s easy to sign up and messenging others is simpler than ever. You never have to download updates which is nice unlike AOL or hotmail. It''s also easy to add buddies to your list. :)

I have mixed feelings about ICQ. I like how easy it is to communicate with lots of friends at one time. On the other hand I hate getting spammed and it automaticly opens up everytime I log onto the internet.

ICQ is great. I can speak with many people on ICQ, and I can find people who live around my area and chat with them. I''m good friends with many people on ICQ. I think anyone should download this instant messaging program.

The idea is good, but the way it is, is horrible. You often get spammed by other persons and it''s extremly unsafe. Everybody is able to get your IP address and there are many hackers, who get access to your computer over ICQ.

I love the new ICQ 2000 B The new version allows users to use the Short Message Service (SMS) and send messages to peoples mobile phones. It still has all the excellent features of chatting, file transfers, greeting, and many other features. Its worth downloading

This program is fantastic and I think the first one leading the Instant Messaging revolution. Anyways, it allows to not only keep in touch with your friends but also make new one''s on the net. I think that is it''s best part. I really reccomend this service.

I use to like this program until they released their latest version, now all it does is crash my computer, refuse to connect, and send me lots of XXX spam. This was a great way to keep in touch with friends, family and other freelance workers but I refuse to use it any more.

A great free program that allows you to chat, instant message, transfer files, send voice messages and much more. I am a devoted user of ICQ and think that it is the best of the best. They are updating the software at least once a year or more often.

My favorite chat program I''ve been using it for over a year and had no problems. It may take a while for some people to learn how to use it but its worth it. They also have a lot of skins to customize it.

I really like this program, although sometimes there are a few bugs like not receiving offline messages. Anyway, I haven't found any other program that is better than this one. Even if I found, not all my friends that use icq would use it.
