Apart from a search engine and taxanomy of the directory, it also offers global news and information. Get access to lates news on specific topics like business, sports and technology which are happening. Well laid out but design needs improvement.

Positive opinion for Overall impression
The search engine at Excite is very basic. Their site offers you your own page that you can color, add info and access your excite email account. They offer email, games, news, weather, horoscopes and much more. An excellent page to use as your login page.

You can play some really cool games on excite. I particulary like checkers and spades. It''s fun because you can interact with the other players and it doesn''t take long to load.
