Negative opinion for Price/Quality level
Years ago, the Yahoo directory was decent. However, they made the decision to charge $299 for site submissions to the directory. If you are using the Web to make money, this is fine. If you are creating non-profit sies, this means no way. Yahoo results are now too commercial.

Negative opinion for Quality level
Maybe earlier it was really great browser, but it isn''t any more. Firstly, because it just can''t find any proper site that has anything with the word/s that we are looking. The worst part is that it hasn''t changed a bit, especially in the quality level of it''s pages.

Positive opinion for Overall impression
I find Yahoo''s map section with driving directions to be accurate and a time saver when visiting a new city. The hotjobs search offers simple instructions and pertinent information regarding the postings, allowing one to quickly screen through the duplicates.

This site is a directory not a search engine. It is very easy to use. They need to make it eaiser to get you site listed cause the little guy cannot pay so much to get their site in.
