Neutral opinion for Efficiency
A pretty useful website for testing and certification though I am not sure if these certificates are actually accepted when applying for any job. I got a certificate in English here, when the service was free and it seemed quite genuine.

This site has awesome prices for what you get in return. Monthly subscription level is what I do and I have gotten 6 certifications. They even give you the paper certificate to do with as you please.

Challenging online exams but it is now no longer free. Although you are entitle for some free tests. In my view the brainbench certificate is valued but the knowledge you get form the exams are invaluable. Certainly I learnt many new things form its exams.

Great exams altough not much in my field of work. Very nice design and easy to use. Different companies seems to be taking their certificated as a referance.

An excellent site with lots on exams. The registration is free in the site but one has to pay for writing the Exam. The interface is very impressive. They send the certificates by post.
