Negative opinion for Service level
Selection and prices on select categories are really unbeatable but their shipping policy is not that good. I have ordered a cell phone and initially it was supposed to be shipped in a few days. Than it became 1 week, then 2 weeks, and I had to cancel my order after wasting time.

Even if you don''t buy anything, this site is unbeatable for window shopping. You can find just about anything - books, CDS, movies, computers - and the customer comments are often very helpful. If you need to research a product, this is the place to go.

Who hates going to the book store and not finding the book that you need? Amazon.com has just about every book that you need. This is a wonderful site. It cuts the time it takes to find what you need down. Though it does have to many results when you search.
