Monster.com is a great site for active job seekers. Meaning, if you want to go through their directories to find a job, there are plenty to find. However, if you want to post your resume, sit back, and wait for employers to come to you, you might want to skip this one.

Very user friendly. Specializes in fast result. Not many buttons to push or pop-up screens interupting user. Efficent and provides many results.
