Neutral opinion for Effectiveness
It;s a tough job to do but they have to get better. Sometimes you make extra milesfor nothing, sometimes you are nowhere close where you want to be. It's not that useful for developing areas since most new roads are not added to MapQuest fast.

Negative opinion for Efficiency
An excellent starting point for gaining directions for travel, often times too much detail is included. For example, if you are travelling along a route that changes street names, the directions suggest you are to change to a new road. Good for gaining general direction only.

It''s a great idea of providing such services. It becomes more useful for those keen on travelling. Offers easy to find out the map for the information you insert. Design and presentation is quite good. Sometimes it''s hard to know the accuracy of the map.
