A very informative website with loads of subjects present. It is especially useful when one wishes to do some extensive research plus it has a search feature for quick tracking as well.

As far as I''m concerned, Britannica is the leader in the encyclopedia world. Not only do I use their website often, but I also have the complete Britannica book set and CD-roms. Regardless of what your looking for/researching you''ll most likely find what you need here.

A few months ago, I would have given Britannica.com an unqualified thumbs-up. Unfortunately, they''ve since switched over to a subscription-based setup; while I have no complaints about the design or content, I''m not willing to pay for material I can read elsewhere for free
